Check in to the hotel and take short refreshment. Then proceed to the 2000 years old Swoyambhunath stupa, (UNESCO World Heritage site) sometimes also known as the monkey temple.The temple charms with its great dazzling stupa, while at the same time offers a marvelous view of Kathmandu Valley.
Next destination is Patan Durbar square. (UNESCO World heritage site). Patan Durbar Square complex is perhaps the most photographed of the three durbar squares. Located in the heart of Patan city, this was once the palace of the kings of Patan. The square is a display of Newari architecture that had reached its pinnacle during the reign of Malla kings who were great builders and patrons of the arts.

This morning you will take a scenic drive for Pokhara, “The dreamland of Nepal”. The moment you step into Pokhara that takes you into immediate delights is the gorgeous view of the gigantic Himalayan range and the beautiful lakes.

Then proceed for the sightseeing tour to Great Stupa of Boudhanath (UNESCO World heritage site). Boudhanath Stupa holds a great importance to all the Buddhist around the world. The Stupa is a vast dome-shaped monument representing the Mind of the Buddha, is the primary pilgrimage destination for Tantric Buddhists of the Himalayas and a major draw for Tibetan Buddhists from all over the planet. The history of the stupa from its origins in the fifth century to the present day is also presented here for the first time.
After lunch proceeds to Kathmandu durbar square, (UNESCO World Heritage site in 1979.) Kathmandu Durbar Square is the historic place that was also a politically important site until recently. The Kings of Nepal were crowned and their coronation ceremony was solemnized in this durbar square. The Durbar Square, with its old temples and palaces, epitomizes the religious and cultural life of the people. The temples, monuments, and palaces are believed to have been built by the Malla kings of the Medieval Nepal. Enjoy an hour of rickshaw ride in the durbar square area. There are still many rickshaws present in Kathmandu which is popular among tourists and even locals ride them for short distance travel within the city.
